  2. Minulla todettiin PV eilen lääkärin vahvistamana, vaikka itse olen labratuloksista jo arvellut, että tämä on taudin nimi. Luin tältä palstalta, että kalaöljyä on ruvettu syömään ja niinpä itsekin ostin puollon perinteistä Mölleriä. Nyt kuitenkin hematologi kielti ehdottomasti Omegat3:t ym. sekä ylimääräiset vitamiinit. Ensimmäinen venesektio tehtiin saman tien ja nyt kolmena tuleva viikkona kerran viikossa.

    Se, mikä jäi kysymättä lääkäriltä: Mitä nyt sitten voi syödä. Pitääkö välttää rautapitoisia kasviksia ja hedelmiä. Punaisen lihan "kielsi" jo terveyskeskuslääkäri. Hematologi kielsi myös juomasta viiniä. Viikonlopun nautinnosta on vaikea luopua. Onko tästä muilla kokemuksia. Olen nainen 67 v.
